Red, White, and Boom! Lights up Tradition

We were proud to welcome more than 7,000 residents and visitors to our annual Red, White & Boom! celebration for the Fourth of July, transforming Tradition Square into a lively destination for an evening of patriotic festivities, live entertainment and family fun.

Guests spent the evening exploring food and retail vendors from across the country, shopping unique local businesses and enjoying attractions for all ages, including bounce houses, amusement park games and a stilt walker.

Music kept the celebration going all evening, with a DJ energizing the crowd before the Bruce Tribute Band took the stage for a high-energy performance that had attendees singing along and dancing late into the night.

As the evening came to a close, a spectacular fireworks display illuminated the sky above Tradition Square, bringing the celebration to a memorable finish and capping off an unforgettable Fourth of July.

More than just a Fourth of July celebration, Red, White & Boom! showcased the vibrant atmosphere that makes Tradition a destination for community events throughout the year.

Whether gathering with family, catching up with neighbors or visiting for the first time, guests enjoyed an evening filled with entertainment, local flavor and lasting memories.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating Independence Day. We look forward to welcoming you back to Tradition for many more unforgettable experiences.

Stars and Stripes Grand Opening

Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of Stars and Stripes Park in Tradition with the City of Port St. Lucie, residents, neighbors and visitors from across the area.

Designed to honor veterans and first responders, the new park officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony before transforming into an evening event filled with live music, family-friendly activities, food vendors and community connection.

As guests wandered through the park, they experienced the thoughtful details that make Stars and Stripes Park unique. From the dramatic waving flag sculpture and illuminated stars to engraved quotes honoring service and sacrifice, every element was designed to inspire reflection and appreciation.

Visitors also explored the park’s Celestial Space, where a large sundial with colorful solar-inspired features and planet-themed installations combine science, art and discovery into an interactive experience for all ages.

More than just a park, Stars and Stripes Park now stands as a place to gather, learn, play and connect with one another. We’re excited to see families, friends and neighbors make memories here for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this special addition to the Tradition community. Come experience the park for yourself and discover all it has to offer.

Tradition’s zip code ranked the “Hottest” Nationwide

People across the country are discovering what Tradition residents already know: Port St. Lucie is the place to be.

According to a recent report from MovingPlace, ZIP code 34987 in Port St. Lucie (that’s us!) ranked as the hottest in the nation this past December, with 16.2 moves per 1,000 residents. Even more exciting, it marked the fourth straight month our ZIP code landed in MovingPlace’s top 10 rankings.

From beautiful weather and outdoor spaces to growing dining, entertainment, and shopping options, more people are choosing Port St. Lucie for its lifestyle, convenience and sense of community. Tradition continues to be at the center of that growth, with the recent announcement of Costco coming to the community marking another highly anticipated addition for the area.

Today, we see the magic of our zip code in each of our communities, where residents across different life stages have everything they need, all in one place.

Across our neighborhoods, residents can enjoy a variety of lifestyles all within one connected community. Whether it’s active adult living at Telaro, first-time homeownership in Cadence, multigenerational living in Kenley or luxury resort-style living in Seville, there’s something for everyone.

The community continues to grow with exciting additions like the recently launched T Club, a lifestyle program offering residents exclusive perks at local restaurants, stores and merchants, plus access to resident-only events.

Getting around Tradition is easy, too. With the air-conditioned Tradition in Motion (TIM) Shuttle, e-bike sharing program, connected sidewalks and the T-Trail, residents can conveniently access parks, shopping, dining and entertainment throughout the community.

At Tradition, everything is designed to help people feel connected — to neighbors, to nature and to the places they enjoy most. It’s one of the many reasons why so many people are making Port St. Lucie their home.

When it comes to living at Tradition, there’s truly no place like home.
