We’re excited to share that Tradition ranked No. 23 on RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s 2026 Mid-Year Top 50 Master-Planned Communities list! We welcomed 279 new-home sales during the first half of 2026, up 14% from the same time last year.

There’s a lot happening around Tradition as our community continues to grow, with new destinations, amenities and experiences adding even more to life here.

Residents have even more ways to enjoy the outdoors with the recently opened Stars & Stripes Park, featuring scenic ponds, green spaces and interactive art honoring veterans and first responders. We’re also looking forward to the opening of the Tradition Nature Trail and Tradition Regional Park, which will bring even more opportunities for outdoor recreation.

These additions join longtime favorites throughout Tradition, from Tradition Square and Heart in the Park to our extensive network of trails, parks and green spaces. Our recently launched T Club also offers residents exclusive perks and new ways to connect, while transportation options like the TIM Shuttle and e-bike rentals make it easier to explore everything our community has to offer.
