Southern Grove, located right here within our Tradition community, is part of one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. Our 34987 zip code recently earned a spot among America’s fastest-growing zip codes, reflecting the incredible growth we’ve seen in and around our community.

Southern Grove’s housing inventory has increased by an impressive 177%, one of the largest jumps in Florida. As more residents continue to call our community home, it’s exciting to see Southern Grove evolve alongside Tradition.

Of course, growth is about more than new homes. It’s about welcoming new neighbors, creating new places to come together, and continuing to build the sense of community that makes Tradition feel like Tradition.
