Join us at the Gazebo every Saturday morning at 7am for Strengthen and Stretch Yoga!
Class Description: a one hour mobility and stretch practice that incorporates modified Yoga Postures with the use of Theraband® Light Weight Resistance Bands at End Range of Motion (eROM), followed by seated, prone and supine Yoga twists and stretches and ending with a mindfulness breath and meditation practice.

Get to know your Instructor: Dale was embraced by Yoga shortly after a second back surgery in 2007 at the age of 52. Completing his 200HR YTT in 2012, in his quest for fitness and health, he found the principles of Yoga Asana: alignment, stillness, concentration, breath, and lightness would serve well as the foundation for functional mobility training.
