Hatha Yoga

Join us under the shade of the Gazebo on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Tuesday, May 25th at 12 Noon.

This style of Yoga lends itself to teaching the postures with alignment and intention, longer holds with emphasis on breath and awareness, more than cardio or fast exercise.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 Noon.

Instructor Dale Johnson was embraced by Yoga shortly after a second back surgery in 2007 at the age of 52. Completing his 200HR YTT in 2012, in his quest for fitness and health, he found the principles of Yoga Asana: alignment, stillness, concentration, breath, and lightness would serve well as the foundation for functional mobility training.
