HATHA YOGA
Join us under the shade at the Gazebo every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm for Hatha Yoga! This style of Yoga lends itself to teaching the postures with alignment and intention, longer holds with emphasis on breath and awareness, more than cardio or fast exercise.
Registration for this class is required. Please note that only individuals who are registered will be able to participate. Anyone who arrives without prior registration will not be permitted to join the class.
