GOLDEN BREATH – TAI CHI CLASESS
Every Wednesday starting July 13 thru September 28th at the Tradition Gazebo.
Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese training used for energy cultivation as well as moving meditation. The movements are performed in a slow manner accompanied by deep breathing.
Tai Chi combines gentle physical exercise with mindfulness, promoting serenity, inner peace, and stress/anxiety relief.
Tai Chi increases executive functioning by multitasking, promotes balance, and stability, and better sleep can alleviate pain through full-body motion.
Instructor: Grady Ernst, Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Tai Chi instructor with the American Tai Chi Association.
Grady has been practicing Tai Chi for over 20 years and taught for 10 years at Golden Breath Tai Chi. He is a Florida state licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, weight trains, plays golf, and is always on a quest to gain further knowledge about physical, mental, and spiritual health.
