We were looking to downsize as we prepare for retirement and had been looking for a year. Port St Lucie was an option because we heard is was the best kept secret. Mattamy Homes was a builder we fell in love with however we wanted to continue living in a gated community. One year later we found out Mattamy Homes started a new construction development called Manderlie at Tradition. We feel in love all over again. This is our first newly built home and we are so excited to become a resident November 2020.
