DESCRIPTION:KIDS’ MINDFUL YOGA HAS BEEN POSTPONED, FUTURE DATES TBD. \nJoin Veritas for a Kid’s Mindful Yoga Class each Monday at the Gazebo from 6PM-7PM! \nThe goal of the Kids’ Mindful Yoga classes is to help children grades K-5 to understand how to take care of themselves by trusting their intuition, building resiliency, & setting healthy boundaries. \nAll children grades K-5, whether they are survivors of trauma or not, are welcome to join the Kid’s Mindful Yoga Program!
